You know the old black guy, who sorta dresses like a pimp?

A few months ago I saw him in the subway station (this up on 137th Street stop on the 1/9 train) waiting for the downtown train. I never say anything to celebs, but was sorta tempted just to say "hi". Till I saw the guy going through a trash can and take a newspaper. The guy was not homeless, just cheap I guess.
