That's the name of the company. They do almost nothing but hardcore gonzo stuff.

There are actual shows like this. I remember seeing it on HBO's Real Sex when they were showing strange shows from around the world. Ofcourse the women looked extremely messy but that didn't seem to bother the dudes too much. Although nothing topped the French show where a woman had to perform oral on several guys blindfolded and then choose which one was her boyfriend.
 
It would make me laugh. If it was just a contest of the women and they could do anything to get the guys load to shoot that would be funny. I would watch for the pure comedy that would ensue.
