He sang the song but it was part of a bit, including the reactions. It was framed as a time-travel look into the future of the show if he actually did something like that

I remember a few of his jokes being okay/good, but a lot of it was bad and cheesy. Bill Maher would piss off half the people watching so unfortunately they wouldn't use him but I would like to see that. Kimmel seems likely, or a return to Hugh Jackman.

Seth had me tuned for the whole show. First time in a long time I've done that.

Ricky Gervais would be my choice though. Loved his Golden Globes hosting so much. He pulls of the awkward, cring-inducing jokes better than Seth.

Neil and Craig are producing again, so the first question for any new host should be, “Can he/she sing?” Then you ask if they can dance, THEN you ask if they can tell a joke.
