i just lifted a heavy ass recliner, and moved it about 50 feet away from its original position. in part to impress a girl. the recliner broke in the process - it wasn't meant to be lifted that way. also my back. that broke too. currently i'm sitting in front of the computer trying not to look as if i'm in pain. uh...the moral of the story is: lift from the knees.

the funny thing is: she's my friend's girlfriend, and even if she wasn't, i wouldn't be particularly interested in her. i just wanted to be manly and impressive. for kicks. it doesn't take much to get me going!
