Simple question, what I gotta do to find them.

Hold the left trigger and press buttons or joypad directions. If you press the correct button
the controller will vibrate, if you enter the next correct code, it will vibrate more and so on. The earliest vibrations won't be very strong so you may have to listen to the controller for the first ones.

so what youre telling me to do is hold the left trigger and pressing randomly the buttons and hope to unlock the hidden demo? there no codes you can give?

The Metal Wolf Chaos and Phantom Dust (I think) codes were posted a few months back. Just do a search for Metal Wolf Chaos, and pull up the OXM thread that has the impressions in it.

For Disc 38...

Last month's was the Japanese demo for Phantom Dust. All the text was in Japanese so it was a little tough to figure out what was what.

Hold Left Trigger, A, Up, X, Y, Left, Right, B, B, Down, Down, Y, Left, X, Right, A, Up, Down.

For Disc 39...
