Ive been having some issues with lag while playing Killzone Shadow Fall (KZSF) recently so I decided to run a smokeping through DSLReports to see if my connection is the problem or if it is just KZSF. Ive run the test for about a week and noticed that when Im using the my connection in primetime (4-10pm MST) I encounter more packetloss and higher pings (which I assume is typical), but I want to know if it is out of the normal range.

Is this typical ping/packetloss that other users are experiencing or is this something I should contact my ISP about?
