GT5 received the > 500k in the first 12 months (http://www.biu-online.de/2011/08/04...hood-knacken-im-juli-die-halbe-million-marke/) and after receive more awards in the second year.

I'm pretty sure others exclusives break 500k too.

The awards way before 2012... I have the 2008 and 2009 PDF links.

Well he said since 2012 that includes last gen.

Since 2012 yes U4 is the first exclusive but the award started way before 2012 and a lot of exclusives titles crossed 500k (GT5, Marios, etc).

Actually, the article you quote says that XIII achieved a Platinum prize in september, meaning it had sold more than 200k from launch until the end of september.

Considering FFXIII sold 170k in the UK at launch it probably did 200k second or third week yet we have people banging on about how FF in Germany sells way way more.

Yeah, the BIU website only hosts the sales awards data going back to 2012 now and not for the years prior as well. My mistake, I think I stumbled over this once before actually haha.

So is possible that Pokemon Sun/Moon sold over 500k in Germany in November?

Certainly possible.

X&Y launched in October 2013 to >100K each. Y then reached >200K in January and X >200K in March.

Seriously I don't know what happen with sales guy inconsistence.
He is separating skus. But Uncharted 4 Special Edition did 45,000 (according to him) units at launch and it's not in top 20?

I can only say that that list is a total mess, I don't know what that guy did when compiled it.

I know some games released in 2016 that are not included in the top 20 that definitely sold over 23,000 units. Also, Yo-Kai Watch at just 35,000 units? Where is Tom Clancy's The Division?

It is a shame but I will just not take this top 20 into account because it is not reliable at all.

CoD IW is already £20 at some places (Including GAME).

This has to be the fastest CoD has ever dropped in price?

Yeah and let's no forget this is missing some huge weeks like first week of January when sales in Spain are huge.

Just saying.

It is definitely a Call of Duty December, as Activision’s ‘Infinite Warfare’ takes a third consecutive week back at No1.

Having taken the Xmas No1 spot last week and now the penultimate chart of the year, it looks like the current Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will take the last No1 spot of the year, much like the previous two Call of Duty Xmas No1’s (‘Advanced Warfare’ was Xmas and end of year No1 in 2014 and ‘Black Ops III’ did the same in 2015). EA’s ‘FIFA 17’ remains at No2 for a third consecutive week, EA’s‘Battlefield 1’ also remains in third spot and Ubisoft’s ‘Watch Dogs 2’ remains at No4 for a second week in a row. Rockstar/Take 2’s ‘Grand Theft Auto V’ continues at No5, having broken back in to the Top 10 last week. 2K/Take 2 also climb 4 places to take No6 this week with ‘Mafia III’ and Ubisoft’s ‘Steep’ is gathering momentum as it climbs for a third week running to a high of No7.
