I sold two video games on Ebay last month for a combined total of $90. It was my first time selling anything on Ebay and I had believed I had set up everything correctly. This morning, I received an email that neither payment had gone through and that both buyers had been refunded since my PayPal account had not been "set up" (even though everything looked like it checked out on the PayPal website). Of course, I already sent out the items and both buyers have since received them. Do I request the money again or just take the financial hit? I'm not really sure what the etiquette is here, I just know I screwed up with the financials. I don't 100% need the money but I am saving up for a study abroad trip next spring so every penny helps.

Sounds like you should contact Paypal. The buyers already submitted their payments.

Contact paypal make sure you get everything set up correctly and if both buyers have a confirmed delivery on the items paypal should give you your money.

Please tell me you have tracking numbers for the games you sent out. If you do get them and contact paypal.
