You don't have to blast your speakers to hear it, but you should set the volume considerably higher than usual. Decrease bass and increase mid/treble if necessary. Set BBE to the highest level if you have it. It's definitely there. Even more proof that Pearl Jam doesn't need super polished production in the studio to sound awesome.

I'm pretty sure you can here Dave Abrusseze (sp?) throwing his sticks at the end of Rearview Mirror. I know it's at the end of one of the songs on that album. He was pissed about the number of takes or something like that, and they left it in.
