If this is against the TOS, go ahead and lock it (like you need my permission ). I don't see why it should be locked though, don't see what's wrong with people protecting their machines from being scanned by govt agencies.

Anyway, after long disclaimer, where can I get the updated block lists? I haven't been able to log onto methlabs.org in over a week, and google hasn't helped much either. Anyone got some tips or links? PMs work too. Thanks.

I find it hard to believe that this program actually works, seeing as how i doubt the addresses used by govt agencies and whatnot to trace their copyrighted material would hardly be made public.
