Does PGR2 have 3D modled interiors??

A couple of weeks ago I saw a video clip of a racing game that I thought was PGR2....the driver was racing a ferrari (either an Enzo or an F50) and you could see the drivers hands on the wheel, fully animated....very kewl...

It was in a GT4 thread and I *think* it was PGR2...was it??

Most cars have it, but not all cars I think. There's no in-cockpit view anyway, so it doesn't really matter. whatever you saw was probably from a hacked version

No, but I think someone made a hack a while ago so you could play from an interior view.

So how did they hack it?

It looked like a designed feature of the game....really polished...looked hella cool...

How would one go by getting this hacked version of PGR2?

Some cars have very detailed cockpits, others are just a big texture.
You just have to modify a .ini file defining the camera angles and place it inside the car. It does not work for all cars since some are smaller than others. Obviously you need a modchip.

It was probably a feature they wanted to do but cut because they couldn't model all car interiors in time.
