Haha, yes. 'The big' seemingly being quite small actually, if the visual comparision with ethernet port's size is not fooling the eye. I wonder if this is just the 90nm EEGS chip (as found in PSX and the last PS2 revision), or have they started making some even more compacted one?

I doubt Sony and Toshiba is able to fab .65nm chips in production quantities yet.
