PIED isn't real

PIED = Porn-induced erectile dysfunction. NoFappers tend to believe it is causing their dicks not to work. Some enterprising people are trying to take advantage of their desperation to work normally.

There has never been any verified account of PIED being "cured". Stop believing in pseudo-science.

So I didn't start nofap for this reason but it will certainly increase your sex drive and your ability to get aroused. I certainly don't need porn to get it up, and there are a lot of benefits. You will find out more about yourself and get in touch with your emotions by doing nofap. You have no idea what you are robbing yourself and your current or future wife of when you watch porn.

I think stress and depression are more likely the culprits than porn itself. But porn also creates unrealistic expectations for sex. I think it's a little bit of everything.....

I'm not a nofapper and get annoyed with nofap preachy types. Having said that, there have been times in my life I've not watched porn at all and other times I watched quite a bit. During the quite a bit phases I can definitely say I didn't feel much of anything just seeing a naked chick, like it needed to be more than that. That became a problem with one relationship and cutting out the porn fixed the issue after a few months so that's some anectdotal experience for whatever it's worth.

How much porn were you watching

How much porn were you watching

Why is that a relevant question if porn and ED aren't related?

The question I prefer to ask is, do you watch the same kind of porn when you started, or are you watching weirder porn (weirder being anything farther away from vanilla penis in vagina sex, and or just women being naked or even wearing lingerie)?

I think it's also the way you masturbate too. The "death grip" for example. Desensitizes your nerves if you agressivley masturbate with the same tight grip.
