She had to undergo 11 separate surgeries.

It's pretty crazy what they can do these days. To get rid of her overbite, they had to do a special type of implant surgery for her non existant back teeth in order to do the surgery to remove her overbite. It all took 4 months to complete.

I love the unsympathetic tilted camera angle in the first pic, just to give it that cheap horror movie feel.

Obviously she looks better after the surgery, though I expected much worse from the "before" photos from the thread title. I'm not a plastic surgery fan but society is shallow and cruel, and I guess she deserves to walk out in public without attracting negative attention.

They probably removed some the flesh at the bottom of the nostril area. It only looks like it is coming down now.
