Dual Sense Edger and Blower
Please proceed to do this:
1) Plug your PS5/PS5Pro on a VRR 120 Hz capable display.
2) Play a certain combat section of Part II on Performance mode with unlocked frame rate.
3) Then suddenly choose fidelity mode and cap the frame rate.
4) Experience the wonderful eye bleeding.
I don't care if the game looks like the Sistine Chapel. It's all negated by the fact that as soon as you pan the camera everything becomes a blurry mess. And the responsiveness is completely lost. Input delay through the sky.
30 FPS should've been dead a long time ago in this medium. It is an unacceptable design choice by R. And if they think this consoles wouldn't be able to realize their vision at 60 FPS, then at the very least they should've released a PC version.
