I've sold my PS2 but took out the HDD before I sold it. Now I want to put it in my PC, but there's no jumper settings listed anywhere on the drive itself. I've tried googling it, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone know what the jumper settings are to put it into slave mode?

I'm not familiar with the ps2 drive, but for most manufacturers removing the jumper(s) puts the drive in slave mode.

It's master IIRC.

Just put it in without the jumper first, if that didn't work then start puting it in different slots until it works.
