The way Sony is turning into Microsoft is worrying. They release more controller and console colors than games. The sad part is they can't even do it well. It's always some ugly ass looking colors too.

Their design team needs a nice tap to the noggin to reset their thinking. Ugly as usual. I got dragged into the nostalgia and purchased a 30th anniversary ps5. The console was ugly af. The box design was cool though.

Grain of salt being a screenshot, but I wouldn't expect them to be the pure colors.

I bought black plates for the Pro on EBay. They look great. Try that if you really want plates as Sony doesn't seem interested in making them.

I've always loved the PS3 design, that's a sweet design afterwords it was the PS4 and it was just ok, PS5 I'm just curious where they got the design, I don't think it's bad but the intention is weird.

Theyll be off because pure values are almost impossible to find in the real world.
Its why CG artists are told never to use pure values cuz they will always look fake.
A substance absorbing absolutely all the Yellow, Green and Blue light and then reflecting perfect 100% Red is nigh unfathomable considering the light thats hitting it.
You could in theory make have pure white lighting hitting said substance and it was perfectly........ahhh damn im getting to technical for no reason.

They wont be pure values basically nothing in the real world is.
Even Zinnias arent "Pure Red".

Inb4 that one artist created that one paint color that absorbs all the blue spectrum and he sold it at auction or whatever.

Maybe, but considering it launching on all platforms and isnt a massively known IP, there wouldnt have been any incentive for people to buy these since the game isnt exclusive to Playstation.

How did you miss the controllers share the same colour scheme as Marathon, the trailer design is inspired by Marathon and both the collection and game release in March.
