Err you didn't see that coming...they get Western games a little later (they wont even get GTA:SA til next year surely)

But they get all Japanese games way before NA...go figure applying common sense sure helps.

No way in hell does Square-Enix release DQ8 and FFXII within 6 weeks of one another. FFXII will almost certainly be released in the next fiscal year so as to not throw their balance completely out of wack when comparing earnings the following year.

could anybody actually be stupid enough to release a PS2 RPG within a month of DQVIII?

growlanser almost definitely is bought almost entirely by a hardcore, dedicated fanbase.. but tengai makyou is looking for a very similar audience as DQ..

Tengai 3 was delayed until next spring anyway... I doubt this list is accurate.
