Currently re-watching Beast Wars. Reminded me of how much I love the voice work of David Kaye as Megatron. In a show with all-around spectacular voice talent, Kaye really stood out. It's no reason he's more or less become the "official" voice of Megatron ever since - really nails the megalomaniacal, narcicisstic feel.

Another favorite lately has been ubiquitous Liam O'Brien. He's shown up in everything lately, from Fallout: New Vegas to pistachio and kitty litter commercials. Favorite O'Brien role would probably be Kenzo Tenma from the anime "Monster", however. O'Brien's exasperated, gaspy voice was perfect to represent a desperate man on the run.

Unfortunately, I can't find a high-quality version of the scene I want (the strangling) but how about some o' dat Yuko Miyamura in End of Evangelion?

This movie does a great job with her, especially considering this is a character that, while portrayed pretty well, is pretty easy to hate (although who isn't easy to hate in this fucking series?). It's too bad this youtube version doesn't include the bookends of "I don't wanna die, I don't wanna die" and "I'll kill you, I'll kill you" but man, this whole movie hits me pretty hard.

The coffee scene, though, if you can find it, is pure madness. Apparently the voice actors actually started fighting in the recording booth during that scene. Here's a low quality version.
