San Jose, Ca., (September 15, 2004) – Leading video games developer and publisher Namco Hometek Inc. announced today the fourth installment in its popular light gun shooter franchise, Time Crisis: Crisis Zone, has gone gold. Shipping exclusively for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, Time Crisis: Crisis Zone is scheduled for an October release.

"Time Crisis: Crisis Zone takes first-person action shooting to the next level by offering unlockable double-gun gameplay, highly interactive environments and a new arsenal of weapons," said Rod Nakamoto, executive vice president of research and development. "Time Crisis: Crisis Zone is sure to satisfy even the itchiest of trigger fingers when it arrives in stores this fall."

Time Crisis: Crisis Zone travels to the heart of Garland Square, located on the outskirts of London, where a terrorist group has seized the newly opened complex. Taking on the role of elite Special Tactics Force counter-terrorism officer Claude McGarren, players enjoy an unprecedented level of realistic interaction with the gameplay environments, including shooting items off of store shelves and tables, burning clothing racks and breaking glass. Along the way, players can blaze through levels and obliterate enemies using two GUNCON2s by unlocking the double-gun shooting feature. More unlockable features including extra gameplay modes, special settings and new enemies provide additional depth and replay value to the latest installment in the Time Crisis series of games.

You just keep the trigger pressed to let rip with the machine gun.

Finally bought a new PSP, but then pushed the demon onto someone else. Jesus.
What is the deal w/ S-video? I'm using that instead of component for my PS2 now (location reasons) and I'd like to play TC2, 3 and Crisis Zone... I've been ignoring those games for a minute.

Yeah, but won't the screen give you a seizure with all those white flashes? :p

The screen turns misty like clouds are rolling by (same as the arcade?), didn't give me any problems though.

I wanted to post this earlier;

I know its a Nacmo title and all but when I first saw the boxart and the name

CRISIS ZONE

I thought the game was a DINO CRISIS 3 offshoot. Look at the boxart - its LIKE THE SAME GUY.
