(play this in the background)
The debate will be taking place on Monday, September 26th at Hofstra University on Long Island in New York. Be sure to tune in at 9PM Eastern Standard Time if you want to watch.
Time of the debate:
These are the candidates:
Yes there's more people running, but they have no chance at winning and are either insane, polling below a dead gorilla named Harambe or both in the case of Jill Stein.
According to the Presidential Debate Commission it isn't the moderator's job to fact check the debate. So don't expect any "Please proceed Governor...," moments this time. He will hopefully be asking hard questions of both candidates though, especially after Matt Lauer screwed up, so don't expect anyone to get off easy.
There aren't many rules so when you get drunk, and you will, you'll still be able to keep playing along with everyone else. While Hawkeye and Trapper want you to have a good time, they do want to remind you to drink responsibly, so call an Uber or something at the end of the night if you went out.

How to watch the debate on TV:
Unlike the primary season debates, the three presidential debates will be simulcast across the major networks and cable channels. Pick one: ABC, NBC, Fox, CBS, MSNBC, Fox News, CNN, Univision, or C-SPAN. Lester Holt of NBC is the moderator, if you want to stick with the home team.
Streaming info:
All of the networks and major cable outlets have an online presence, so of course they are streaming the debates along with digital-first outlets like Buzzfeed News, The Daily Caller, Huffington Post, Politico, and Yahoo. Telemundo, the Wall Street Journal, and Hulu will stream it, too.
One online effort worth a special mention? PBS NewsHour and Microsoft have created an interactive site where you can check out presidential debates since 1960, filtered by specific topics or by year. Mon dieu, Mondale!
