Recently I came across a page called productresearchpanel. They get feedback about products from testers that they choose, and the testers get to keep their product..

Well what they're offering right now is a chance to test out the Apple 40gb iPod. They prompt you to input your area code to see if they're accepting testers in that area, and it says that they are accepting in my area...

However, I'm still reluctant to give them my info. Have any of you guys heard of productresearchpanel.com before? I read their privacy policy and all that... It seems legit.

Well, if that's all they want, I don't see what harm giving them one of your expendable spam receptacle addresses and your shipping address could do. It's unlikely that they'll come to your shipping address and beat you up or something.

Yeah, as long as they aren't asking for money it should be ok. But be careful - if they ask for more info I would be concerned, it may be an identity theft scam.
