maybe Feel the magic is too short
the producer garanteed the length of storyline will be twice as Feel the magic

Twice as long? Sounds good. Hopefully the majority of the minigames will be enjoyable. FTM had a few that were downright deplorable. They need to fix the music too. Still, I am glad this is getting a sequel.

Fix the music

Your taste can't suck that much.

The music is one of the best and most liked aspects of the game. Even if the game sucked, the music is GREAT.

You suck. So much.

The main theme is fucking annoying. I'm all for unique music as long as it's pleasing to the ears... like Katamari Damacy.

I like the inclusion of the joint in the screen shots so you can see how it really lines up, this should be standard.

If you can listen to the song I posted more than once in a row and enjoy it, then good for you.
I don't care how you cut it, this is NOT easy listening. Something like that 'roll you up into my life' song from katamari is unique, well composed, and easy on the ears. I'll take 1000 of those before I take this.

Que Sera Sera is a brilliant song. Probably my favorite song from KD.

The soundtrack from FTM is alright. It works with the game but the main theme is incredibly grating. That's really the only thing that needs fixing.

It's better than most videogame music.

hmm ha hmm ha hmm ha ha ha hmm hmm ha hmm ha hmm ha HA

The music was my favorite thing about the first game. It was the reason I grabbed a DS, so whenver this comes stateside I'll be grabbbing it. I still think its better then wario ware touched.

I could understand why someone wouldn't like the music from Feel the Magic, but overall I thought it was pretty good and fit the game well.

This man speaketh the trutheth. The music in the first Feel the Magic kicks all sorts of arse. Just a little repetitive after a while.

The music is really good, but it is very repetitive. They use that one song way too much. If the sequel has musical variety, we're golden. Well, that and way more minigames (and none like that one where you're wiping the dirt off her. WORST MINIGAME EVER. Can you even lose that one?)

and since noone will see it in my poor thread:

"Like its predecessor, Akachan once again asks gamers to take the role of a boy (who's apparently a different guy from the original game) doing his best to impress a girl. The courtship between the hero and the girl is pretty much the same as XY/XX; he's got the hots for her, but she doesn't have any feelings for him, at least not in the beginning of the game.

As the Akachan logo on the game's recently launched Web site indicates, the biggest change from the original XY/XX is the addition of a second woman. In a twist straight from a John Hughes movie, the game introduces a childhood friend of the lead character three years his junior. She's madly in love with him, and will do anything to get his attention. She also happens to be a science wiz, and ends up using various gadgets and gizmos in attempts to ruin the hero's chances with his love interest."

looking at the screenshot of the player character canoeing on a log with alligators attacking him, i'm sure if a full game is made based on the idea of canoeing on the NDS, it'd be a cracking game (something like Rapid River from Namco... lots of fun elements).
