Played for the 15 days trial, signed up after that, regretted it after about a week with the US version announcment, cancelled account in early March, but now on the 4/4 I get charged the 1050 HL fee on my credit card for the second time. I tried to log in to my account to "re-cancel", even though I got the right message the first time, and sure enough, my account doesn't even exist anymore.
Can someone peruse the BB JP site and give me a link to where I can send my complaint? I don't feel like paying 1050 yen/month for the next 5-7 years for nothing. If you can help me send a short message about this in Japanese as well, that would be great, but for starters it'd be a help just to be able to try and send them something in English - I just can't find a link to a BB email address! :/
