I was playing Madden 06 on my Xbox yesterday and noticed that it has a Spawn Game option, which I believe is the option used on the PS2 to play your franchise/Season on the PSP. When I selected the option, it asked me where I wanted to save the game. Is there any way to get this game to the PSP from the Xbox? I hadn't heard that this was possible but thought I'd ask anyway.

Are you sure that's what spawn game means? How would they expect you to do that? I guess you could use action replay or something to get it to your pc. I could do this with my modded box, but it doesn't seem like something they would program for. And you think the psp version of madden reads the xbox spawn?

try uploading your franchise to your ea online locker, thats another way for the psp to read it

perhaps it was put in the game for Xbox360 backwards compatibility. Since the Xbox360 recognizes any storage device you could easily move whatever save you wanted over to the PSP.

This PSP thing is intriguing but here's what I found:

Create a Franchise with multiple human owners and upload that file to your Locker. Make trades, sign free agents, and do everything you always could do in Franchise mode—but when it's time to play your buddy's team, use the "Spawn Game" feature. It pulls the game from the schedule so it can be played over Xbox Live. Once you've finished, merge that game back into your Franchise file.

Thanks for the replies guys. I didn't know you could spawn games to Xbox Live like that, but it makes sense. It would be interesting to see if the Xbox spawns would work on the PSP.
