Having a bit of a problem transfering stuff from my PSP to PC and nothing is working. Is there any software that is needed to transfer things from PC to the PSP, or does it sound like a PSP/USB problem?

Care to elaborate on the problem? You don't need any software. Do you activate the "USB Connection" function in the "Settings" PSP menu (2nd from top)?

With WinXP

PSP:
Go to USB menu and activate it. Should say Plug a USB cable now

WinXP:
If first time, WinXP will install automatically the drivers for it.
Go to Windows Explorer, the drive should say Removable Drive.

Copy and paste your files in there.

Thanks -- actually figured it out a few mins after posting. I borrowed my neighbor's USB cable and turns out it was a bad cable.
