Psychonauts is on 91% discount ($0.89) to celebrate 20th anniversary

I've got all 3 games on Steam including the VR Rhombus of Ruin.

Was wishing for a spin off with Raz's sister Frazie but that never happened. Yet.

what are they working on btw? I feel like we haven't any news for a while.

Psychonauts 2 was great. it genuinely felt like playing a PS2 game that got lost to time and rediscovered, which was refreshing. but it's been a while since then...

Bobby Kotick has hit back at Brütal Legend developer Tim Schafer – who famously called the Activision Blizzard CEO a "total prick" in a Eurogamer interview.

"The guy comes out and says I'm a prick," Kotick told the latest issue of Edge magazine.

"I've never met him in my life – I've never had anything to do with him. I never had any involvement in the Vivendi project that they were doing, Brütal Legend, other than I was in one meeting where the guys looked at it and said, 'He's late, he's missed every milestone, he's overspent the budget and it doesn't seem like a good game. We're going to cancel it.'

"And do you know what? That seemed like a sensible thing to do. And it turns out, he was late, he missed every milestone, the game was not a particularly good game..."

Why even charge money for it at this point? Just give it away for free
Something you take freely can be sidelined absentmindedly as opposed to something you invest in.

I would grab another copy if I did not already own two copies of each mainline Psychonauts game. I hope they adapt Rhombus of Ruin to flat screens one day if a sequel does not materialize.

Highly recommend easily in my top five favorite games of all time

The second game will fantastic, is nowhere near as good as the first. The first is timeless you pick it up and immediately you are transported to the world.

At no point do you feel modern-day politics a change in ideals due to Big Life events, it just felt like a timeless story.

The sequel and again phenomenal game. Just not as good as the first one iltimately making things feel like a product of their time which unfortunately is a result of The times.

Luckily, good writing saved most of these characters, but the first one genuinely feels like a young kid at a crazy camp where there are no real rules.

I won't Go into details unless requested, simply because I don't want to take up any more time. All I can say is I absolutely love this game and highly recommended it to everyone.

I have bought it on the Xbox. I have bought it on the PlayStation 2. I have bought it on the PS4 PS3 and Xbox One and Xbox series x

I am also a patreon who helped get this games sequel released (thank you for the bosses MS)because I was so looking forward to a sequel. I got all the nifty swag including my own badges. Seriously, if you need to, my name is in the Hall of brains

Psychonauts is a terrible game. Like, one of the worst 3D platformers I've ever played. I really don't recommend anyone play it today.

I like the sequel better but the first one is great too and didn't even mind the meat circus too much. Tim Schafer is definitely top5 writer in gaming.

Its hard to get into though. A lil obtuse and has some difficulty spikes. Never finished on steam.
i don't know. i possess average skills, & i've replayed the game several times. while the meat circus segment's somewhat infamous, i've always found it doable. game's well worth the effort, imo. ymmv?...
