Everyone called out Jay Z as soon as Diddy got busted, we all knew, it was so obvious, i thought that was why they were laying low throughout the election buy Beyonce popped up a little near the end. Still nothing compared to what they used to.

The lawyer's not risking anything. It's a win/win for lawyers on one side or the other of a high profile case depending on what it is.
Court of law says innocent till proven guilty. Civil court means lower threshold of burden of proof. Vibes even, if you get the wrong kind of jury and/or judge. Court of public opinion will do whatever it does.
