at the risk of you constantly bumping this in search of translation, there is a nice little interview with mizuguchi about qb in last friday's famitsu.

Tidbits I remember off the top of my head -

qb = q? + bandai. Duh.
He was vague as to whether all Q? Entertainment games would be released under the brand.
They want to release 3-4 games a year under the brand. Not clear if all of these will be Q? developed.
Considering development for PCs and Cell Phones
qb will not be a puzzle only brand
Meteos and Lumines were created because they are easy to play and take advantage of the target system (screen and audio with lumines, pen and 2 screens with meteos)
