It really looks like a game from 10 years ago but with better lighting. I mean, next gen doesn't guarantee better animations or art direction, it only grants better resolution and frame rate, but indie projects like this will continue looking as rough as always

Not a looker IMO but the ambiance definitely looks on spot to me. Reminds me a little of Alien Isolation mixed with a pinch of Doom.

No. Youtube will dynamically scale the resolution and framerate of the video unless you manually pick the resolution.
