Here's aquestion that I don't know if anyone will be able to answer. But, I have to give it a try. Right now I'm running a 330 PSU along with an air conditioner, monitor, TV, cable box, modem, and lamp on the same powerstrip. I've never had any trouble.

Here's the thing though. I'm getting a 550 watt PSU and some new technology. I live in an old apartment building in NYC. I'm not sure how good the wiring is, but its not the best. Its probably old. Do you guys think I could run a 550 watt PSU?

I know, you can't tell for sure. But, any relevant advice would be appreciated.

I'd probably split everything up on two power strips coming off of separate outlets. I don't think you should have a problem though.
