Currently, I have 256MB of RDRAM, I was wondering if I could just take it out and replace it with 512MB or DDR instead like this. I heard somwhere that adding RDRAM is harder for some reason.
You need to stick with rdram if that's what you use. Also you probably have two 128 mb rdram sticks so to upgrade to 512 you need two more 128 mb sticks, if you have 4 expansion slots that is. You may or may not know that you need multiples of two ram sticks of rdram to operate.
