Alright, I just got to the third chapter. I bought the contact lens, and I've opened up the west side of Rogueport.

I picked up the first sidequest at the trouble center, the one to find the key by the badge shop. Problem is, I can't find the badge shop. Is it just the girl in the sewers by the fortune teller? I've been all around over there, and still, no key. Am I missing something?

It's been a while, but there's like two badge shops in the main town. One where the guilituine(SP?) is, and one above the "bar" also in the main square. I forget that particular mission though. Hope this helps. Oh there's also a badge shop on the west side, all the way right.

Go upstairs in the inn, through the door on the left an the badge shop is the building you see just to the left.
