Picked up the album today and like it a lot.
Heard "Worn Me Down" around a month ago and liked it a lot. Looked to download it but only got a loop of part of the song. Well...heard it a few more times on the radio and it still sounded catchy as hell. So a couple of days ago I finally get a workable download and not just a loop. Great song.
However, the album version and the version I have from the net are different. The album version starts out really quiet...and lasts 3:42. The d/l version has a more rocking intro accompanied by nice drums and better guitars(a sitar I believe)...and lasts 4:33.
What I'm really wondering is where this longer version came from. Is this the radio cut? I like it a lot better and am a little disappointed the album doesn't have this version. My computer sucks...don't even think my burner works...or I'd burn this version. If you like the album version and haven't heard this more rocking(and longer) version, I suggest you look for it on Kazaa or wherever.
BTW, the rest of the album rocks. Especially tracks 8-13 or so.
