I am using the TV out quite often,and yesterday it started to flicker slighty so that there are thin black lines going over the picture,i checked the TV and Cable and they are ok,so it must be due to the Videocard,any idea what could be the reason and if there is a way to fix it?

PS: Do those TV tuners have TV out as well?
