It reminds me of some cool videogame music. The melodies are really strong and seem to actually have feeling. The musicianship is superb as well.

I think it's boring. My favorite instrumental album this year is the new Secret Chiefs 3 album.

Before I even consider "obtaining 24 hour samples" of these guys, what is thier genre? So far Silkth(sp?) and m83 have not been my thing.

Best album of the year? Probably not, but I still really like the album. For some reason it makes me nostalgic. I don't know why, I don't remember listening to anything like this before.
