Yup, it's awesome. Considering all the positive feedback in the screenshots thread I really wish exporting images had been a day one feature, but better late than never.

According to Joystiq it's September 3 in US.

Update: We were earlier provided with a release date of August 27 for North America by an Ubisoft spokesperson. We were then contacted with a corrected date of September 3.

Downloaded it and played it for a bit (Dutch eShop).

It includes the first demo, except with this one it saves your score and at least the first level has been changed a bit. Also played a bit of Murphy's Dungeon, and the Murphy gameplay in the challenge mode is actually a lot more fun than in the tutorial level, mostly cause it's actually challenging.

Oh, and it supports off-TV play on the Gamepad.

Huh, cool. Then I shall get my download on when I get home.

I always have problems downloading from the eShop, but this is by far the worst offender. I've had to restart the download 6 times now.

I think wisippel said the severs Nintendo uses are weird in that you sometimes get a download from their mirror servers which are much slower. He said an easy fix is to just keep restarting the download. I wish they'd just fix their entire infrastructure altogether though.
