Sort of, Tarsier is the original devs of Little Nightmares but Bandai Namco owns the IP. This is a spiritual successor, really. Meanwhile Bandai Namco went ahead with Little Nightmares III with a new dev (Supermassive).

I played through Little Nightmares 1 & 2 with my kid, so these devs are really special to us, was bummed when I heard Namco dropped Tarsier for Super Massive, but we're getting REANIMAL instead so fuck yeah! Still excited for Little Nightmares 3, though. REANIMAL looks so much better.

Tell you something, I remember the bit in LM2 where you decide to sneak into the classroom, and hide from the teacher in the backroom. What happened next almost made me turn the game off!
