Yeah on Mobile its only at the bottom.

On desktop its on top & bottom

I make use of the arrows that jump to the bottom, then use it. But yeah, page jump at the top and bottom would be fine with me.

That is a good call-out. I didn't notice the arrows on mobile until just now after you mentioned it.

It's actually anywhere on the top of the screen - I usually use the notch.

It's just the site's way of making you take the farthest parking stall. Yeah it's more time but the benefits you'll see in your health from those extra steps (or thumb scrolling), though subtle, will manifest over time. It's for the best
