I was happy to grab an open box stage kit from Best Buy for $20. It wasn't supposed to be that cheap I guess, but the lady at the register said, oh well I can't discount it anymore, so how about this low? I never even asked for more of a discount since I was pleased to get it for $25, but not complaining!
I love it so much, especially when friends come over to watch me drum. I figure since I suck at the drums they can at least enjoy the effects.

I still don't really like how this guy did it... the drum part at least is 3/4, maybe 6/8. But it's tempo mapped at 4/4, so he's spreading 3 beats over 4 and it looks really awkward. He claims there's precedent but I still think it should've been done differently.
thanks bounch, Im really dying to play real drums at least once in my life! Im feeling very passionate in Rock Band playing freestyle and improving my drum fills. Im in my best shape ever because I have played A LOT this last months (playing everything in BWT and now cleaning more than 400 songs from Unplayed in Quickplay)
And btw, this month marks one year...one happy year with my IONs and the fact that it still works PERFECTLY, just like day one, is so impressive and more than enough to say this has been my best investment ever. Yes, this also marks one year looking for the damn 3rd cymbal =/
