I was so fucking excited when I heard about the reboot. I assumed this meant going back to Saints Row 1 before going to hell and superpowers and all that shit. What was so hard about taking us back to the city streets, classic gang systems, fully customizable mute character? I just don't understand.

It really does look like Watch Dogs 2, in many ways not as good as even the console version as well, PC version of WD2 at max setting 4K really takes a massive shit on this one. That game came out five (5) fudging years ago.
The worst part is the "missions" they show just look like poor copies of the missions from the previous games. Doesn't look total wank but it doesn't look great either.

...and its nothing like this reboot and just follows on from the old characters/"story" and tone, they'll pretend this never happened because even with unlimited amounts of retarded pandering seemingly possible these days, this is what keeps pubs/devs in business:
