I hope this is the proper subsection to post this in. But this song has been driving me nuts. It is a Japanese Power Metal/Rock song from a Console wars animations that is quite funny to watch.

It really kicks off about 9 minutes in, and I really love the song, but I for the love of heavens can't seem to place the band or title. I know I've heard it before somewhere.
Would it be okay if I asked the good people at GAF for help tracking this song down? I know it is a bit hard to hear over the Automated voice explaining the actions of the "war", but I'm certain some has the skills and knowledge to help me with this.
Again I really hope I'm not posting it in the wrong subsection, as it is gaming related but only because of the animation. My apologies if it isn't.
