R ram Member Jan 11, 2006 #1 yeah - i am playing outrun(its more fun than outrun 2 - just kidding) from sega ages, but i am curious, if these games are running inf ull screen in ntsc versions. because in europe, you have black pal borders on top and bottom of the screen.
