No it was released on the Xbox 360 and is BC.

So wait, which music is in the S3K on Steam? The Jackson music or a replacement?(I bought it on Steam but haven't gotten around to trying it. I can upgrade that version using the mods everyone is mentioning like Sonic:AIR?)

I believe the version in the Genesis collection on Steam is the original music, the Sonic 3 and Knuckles standalone is the altered music.
