What happens with the Live account on the system? Can you transfer the Live account to the person you are selling the system to? Or can you get a refund for the unused months from Microsoft? How does this work?

I also bought 3 Live Arcade games, is it possible to give these to the person I am selling the system to, or no go?

Yea but I just spent $60 on it. Is it possible to get any of that back from MS?

and selling this isn't some jab at 360. I should have realized it would have affected my school work. Plus, new 360s are still selling for a premium on eBay, so I can probably get around $400 for a one week old system.
