I got a kitchen aid mixer for christmas and I want to make something for my brother who is over in Iraq right now :( What are the rules for sending foods over seas like this? I don't want to send cookies cause everyone sends those.... I'm guessing no eggs in the mix? and if its packed well will it not spoil? Any idea's on yummie things to make also?

thanks

Usually wrapped or preserved food is alright. On flights, dried fish and salted eggs seem to be very popular transportation items, at least among Filipino culture. Just don't send a sandwich or something. ;)

Click over here and shoot this guy an email tell him Tommie Hustle sent you over. He handles packages back from the states to his unit. He can tell you the best way to send some food.
