Anyway I tried the expanded xcloud on my steamdeck and it just freaking worked. Went and booted up Mass Effect Andromeda and Cyberpunk for the lolz and my xbox saves just appeared. Did the same for Stalker 2 and EA FC24. Real impressive.
Looks like they wanna trojan horse the whole cloud gaming on every console with a browser.

Unless msft becomes the sole aaa pub of the industry or its output dwarfs other publishers( I still think they need 2 additional publishers to output at 7+ per yr). Then these ads will confuse the casuals.
Alternatives: xcloud is now fixed/improved as it's still in beta, Xbox is/bc for console users is integrated into windows or a new storefront is coming thus one standard

One standard store across the industry via pc/consoles/mobile would ruffle feathers and potentially be labeled as monopolistic but would make these ads correct.
