Edit* after watching the video, this game is vapid AF and is in no way remotely even close to what I do lol. Maybe there is an expansion pack.

Looks kinda cool. But I need to see the real horrors of IT, like describing to somebody how to start the remote control client for 20 minutes. Or someone screaming at you, why the printer doesnt work, when they have send to document to the wrong printer.
