banana or yellow dildo?

I like the look of the combat in this game, i like that its based in rome too, its a bit different, the stealth worries me though. Im sure i will just be itching to get back to the fighting when ever im forced to play a stealth mission.

Wait... stealth in a Rome/gladiator based game. WTF?

I'm getting sick of the whole stealth deal. Sure, it does make for very interesting situations in some games, but every game now wants to add stealth, and in action games, it's just boring. Give us a kickass combat engine and tons of enemies to hack.

Very little stealth parts I think, mostly combat stuff

I'm liking that garden shot...nice to see that someone on the art staff realized that Rome wasn't 40 miles of rusty dirt and crumbling buildings (something that usually isn't accounted for in games)

Well Early previews said it was down to how you play..

Shadow of Rome's gameplay has a few unique elements that appear to complement each other nicely. As we mentioned earlier, your experience in the game will be affected by how you play it. From the sounds of it, the path through the game will branch to some degree based on how you play. For example, if you tend to do well in the action segments as Agrippa, you'll end up opening up more of those types of levels, whereas if you do better as Octavius, more stealth levels will open up. Your performance will obviously be affected by how Agrippa and Octavius handle, which is where the team has focused its efforts

(from http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/action/shadowofrome/preview_6087112.html )

But that sounds like an unlikely feature to me as i for one would just end up trying to do as bad as possible on the stealth levels to ensure i only unlocked combat missions. No idea if its been changed or not.
