I think it would be fun, if you could punch crippled people off their wheelchairs (or shoot them) and steal them for a ride. Imagine driving slowly down the road in one and causing chaos on the pavement, or having it roll down a hill out of control...

It would be hilarious. You could use your wheelchairs for missions in a hospital, where you have to pretend to be disabled.
